The association is comprised of Physical Plant administrators from the majority of the State institutions of higher education, state technical schools, and county school districts. Membership to this organization provides administrators and their staff with a valuable resource tool and a vast knowledge base of professionals sharing common problems and solutions. The association sponsors two annual meetings per year one in the spring and one in the fall for educational and professional exchange.

Due to the recent budget
cuts from the State of South Carolina and restrictions to travel, we regret
to inform you that the TRI-ASSOCIATIONS FACILITY MANAGERS CONFERENCE scheduled
for March 2009 has been cancelled. We have polled all three association's
Board of Directors and Officers and they overwhelmingly voted to cancel.
We hope to plan a one day conference in the fall of 2009 and will keep our
hopes alive that the economy will recover and we will have the event in
2010. Thank you for your support of this fine event and we look forward
to getting back together in the future.
